Luis Labiano Corregidor de Vicuña( Bilbao 1920- Madrid 2017)
Basque architect who studied at the ESCUELA SUPERIOR DE ARQUITECTURA DE MADRID (1954). He joined the Instituto de Estudios de Administración Local, where he was awarded the title of Urban Planning Technician (1956). He taught at the Central School of Applied Arts and Crafts in Madrid (1959-1968). Architect-Head of the Architecture Service of the Obra Sindical del Hogar, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Feria Internacional del Campo de Madrid, Secretary of the Governing Board of the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid, etc... His work as an architect includes the Orcasitas-Este Nursery School and the Pavilion of the Official Agricultural Trade Union Chamber of the province of Malaga. He participates in the design of the Glass Pavilion of the Casa de Campo in Madrid.
